Issue
If you are trying to change your password via Roundcube we understand when clicking on the password tab you get a blank page.
Solution
There is nothing that you can do within Roundcube at this time. Simply, change your password via Squirrelmail. The steps below:
- Navigate to the squirrelmail page. (http://domain.com/squirrelmail)
- Click on the "Change Your Email Password" link.
- Fill in your email address.
- Fill in your old password.
- Fill in your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click "Change Password"
- That's it.
