Dear OCOSA Family,

We will be performing scheduled upgrades/maintenance in Tulsa, Oklahoma at our main data center Christmas week, starting December 24, 2013 and ending on December 31, 2013. This scheduled upgrade/maintenance will affect all customers served from our Tulsa Network nodes.

To minimize the impact of your business operations, we¢ve scheduled this maintenance to be performed outside of normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) at approximately 18:00 CST to 05:00 CST on any day this week. We will implement changes to the network so it will have minimal impact on your experience with OCOSA. The scheduled maintenance window is set for this week. Our plan is always to exceed and have maintenance completed successfully in less than allowed window. However, should this maintenance prove unsuccessful we will restore services immediately back to its original state and will notify you of the newly scheduled maintenance date.

These upgrades will improve the following areas:

Support for IPv6 in additonal areas
Improved Network Throughput
Improved Network Security
BGP Community Support for Customers
