Greetings OCOSA Family,

            We would like to take this time to present our newest addition (myportal) to your client experience.  With this new online client portal you will be able to complete a number of tasks that you could not in our legacy o*control system.

            The OCOSA myportal system has features such as but not limited to a knowledge base (KB), support ticket submission and viewing section, domain availability section, announcements & news section, ordering system to place orders for various services we offer, download section for utilities and tools, server status information and network status information.  This is most certainly a step above our legacy system and we are just as excited as you are.

            OCOSA has always been a small family-oriented company and we plan to keep it that way.  All we ask is that you grow with us and we thank you for your continued service!
