Hello,

We would like to apologize to anyone experiencing this fraud attempt. OCOSA Communications is not a participant in this fraud method known as "Smishing and Vishing" but indeed a victim like you. Many calls started flooding our main number at 918-585-9882 on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11:39 am CST. We believe that those calling our company phone number had their information compromised so we contacted Wells Fargo Bank and filed a complaint with the IC3. We encourage you to do the same. We are taking this matter very seriously.

Many that callers have said they received a text message or an email similar to the one below:

Via Text Message

"Please contact your bank immediately at 918-585-9882"

"It's urgent please call Wells Fargo Bank at 918-585-9882"

Via Phone Call

Others stated that they received a phone call from 918-585-9882.

We understand that this is a very serious matter. We have already contacted Wells Fargo Bank's Fraud Team and for your convenience have provided links to their official website.

We encourage you to report this to Well Fargo Bank directly and your local police or sherrif's department immediately.  It would be beneficial to also report to the Cyber Crimes division of the FBI at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx.

OCOSA Communications is a hosting company and is in no way affliated with the the messages that have or are receiving. We most certainly hope that this matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Respectfully,
