Due to the transitioning to the OCOSA myportal system we will no longer be providing access to invoices and payments prior to January 1, 2009 online. If you need access to these records please either archive them off from the legacy o*control system located at http://ocontrol.ocosa.net before June 1, 2009 or e-mail billing@ocosa.com for information on how to gain access to these records. If you require access to the legacy statements and payments after June 1, 2009 please submit all requests to billing@ocosa.com. A one time processing fee will apply for paper copies and electronic copies such as faxing. Electronic e-mail copies are FREE of charge.
