How can I add my new subdomain to my Let's Encrypt Cert?

  1. Navigate to DirectAdmin Hosting Control Panel

You can get here by using the OCOSA Customer Portal

  2. Once you are logged in. Click on the 4 circles to the left of the page and navigation will appear. You should see the Account manager. Under that heading you will SSL Certificates.

  3. Once you are on the SSL Certificates page you will need to click on Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider.

  4. Now scroll down to tick any new subdomain names then save.

  5. Once you click Save above, the platform might ask that you wait for the changes to complete. That is okay. You will receive an email stating once the task is completed.

  6. Now, you will see the automated response email from the platform once completed.

  7. You are done. Nothing else is needed. Your subdomain is protected via the same SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt.

Note:

Let's Encrypt SSL Certificates do not come with a warranty. It's a FREE SSL Certificate initiative to help the Internet become safer!
