How do I add a sub-account to my account?

 

  1. Login to the client portal at https://myportal.ocosa.net
  2. Click "My Details"
  3. Click "Add New Contact"
  4. Fill in the fields and make sure the "Activate Sub-Account" is ticked.
  5. Tick the "Support Emails" box.
  6. Click "Save Changes".
  7. Done.
