How do I update my contact information for my domain from the Client Portal?

Steps to update your contact information for your domain name from the OCOSA Client Portal:

  1. Navigate to https://myportal.ocosa.net.
  2. Login using your email address and password.
  3. Click "My Domains"
  4. Click the "green arrow" of the domain you wish to lock.
  5. The section named "Management Tools"
  6. Click on the button named "Contact Information"
  7. Update the information
  8. Click on the "Save Changes" at the bottom of page.
  9. If you need to go to the main page click "Back"
