What is WHOIS privacy?

WHOIS privacy is a service that is provided by our registrar Tucows / OpenSRS that we offer as a benefit from our partnership with them.  In detail this service provides, WHOIS privacy on your domain's contact information such as owner, admins, technical and billing contact information.  All of this information is seen by a generic contact information like domainname@contactprivacy.com.  Communication to the domain's contact information will need to be completed by visiting http://www.contactprivacy.com and following the directions completely.
