How do I update the IP address for my nameserver from the Client Portal?

Steps to update the IP address of a nameserver for your domain name from the OCOSA Client Portal:

  1. Navigate to https://myportal.ocosa.net.
  2. Login using your email address and password.
  3. Click "My Domains"
  4. Click the "green arrow" of the domain you wish to lock.
  5. The section named "Management Tools"
  6. Click on the "Register Nameservers".
  7. The section named "Modify a NameServer IP"
  8. Enter the name of the server in the "Nameserver" field.
  9. Enter the IP address of the server in the "Current IP address" field.
  10. Enter the IP address of the server in the "New IP address" field.
  11. Click "Save Changes".
